International Criminal Court (ICC)

Persecution of Omar Al-Bashir

The International Criminal Court is a judicial organ independent of the United Nations. At IPSMUN, the International Criminal Court will tackle disputes that represent international human rights violations committed by individuals, and considered crimes against humanity. Delegates will be assigned roles of jury members, witnesses, advocates, and judges. In these roles, the jury members will rule a verdict based on the advocates’ arguments and evidence presented, successfully achieving justice.
